Jon supports the SIM International Director by maintaining and publishing the Mission policy manual (the "SIM Manual") in English and five other major languages. He also assists some fifty SIM International Office staff in Fort Mill, SC, as Operations Manager by caring for reception, travel and facility management including office accommodations and maintenance.

 Pat gives background medical support for "front-line" soldiers of the cross by assisting doctors and nurses in the SIM-US Medical Office. She helps maintain good medical records and a welcome when US-based SIMers and candidates call or arrive at the office in Charlotte, NC.

 Pat's work at SIM-USA is part-time while Jon's is full-time at SIM International, five miles away.

Both Jon and Pat serve on the board of their small Wesleyan church in Rock Hill, SC, and teach Sunday School while trying to increase church member's awareness of and involvement in God's heart for the world.
