Since 1988 the Rochester Youth Association has carried on an active ministry in inner-city Rochester and teams up with OMS-related churches in South America for international outreach ministry. Principal activities sponsored by the association: rallies in January and September to bring together seven to ten inner-city Latino and African-American churches (these rallies combine fellowship, church traditions and culture), and a tri-annual missions trip to Ecuador. Please pray for (1) rallies in January and September with cross-denominational and cross-racial fellowship, that Jesus be lifted up! (2) integration and training for the youth and leaders preparing for the next mission trip to Ecuador (3) ongoing challenge to the inner-city churches in Rochester for global ministry, modeled through our relationships and interaction in Ecuador.
